A good friend told me once that everything has a place, and I'm sure she also meant 'someone'. My mudroom is one place that the family has their own 'personal dumping ground' and I always try to make it an easy and simple way to self organize their stuff. I love baskets, and having a place that is uniquely their own, helps my kids (and husband!) put their away with little effort.
